When will it be possible for non-American Yahoo Answers users to make money from it?

I realize that the project still is in the beta (or in some regards even alpha) phase, but from my contacts with Yahoo I expect both international as well national subsystems to bloom up. I would guess that more than half of the participants are not residents of the USA, including some of the point leaders.

When will they make the YPN service available to American users. When will American users start getting paid. Not that I’m saying our international friends shouldn’t be but most likely, since Yahoo is an American company, Americans would get the service first followed by everyone else. Like the iTunes music store.

I’m not looking to make this my career but some type of reward would be nice but if they never make it available, that’s fine by me too.
