How do I turn off the Air bag light on my 2000 VW Beetle?
When my battery went dead, my air bag light came on. Now that I have a new battery the light is still on. The VW dealer wants $115.00 just to take a look at it…. is there anything I can do to turn it off myself???
Try your local shop. Someone besides VW has to be able to reset it. If it’s just a fault from the battery going dead, that should be all it needs.
