No, it’s not a payback. If you are referring to Karma it’s not a reward and punishment system it’s a learning system. If you do good deeds like the ones you mention, your bad karma goes down because you are learning and doing good. There’s no bonus in it for anyone but the people you help who might turn around and help others and maybe someone will help you. If you do bad, it’s not a punishment that is coming to you, it is an opportunity to learn from your bad choices.
