In the early 90′s, Ric Flair was Head Booker for WCW.?

Kevin Sullivan and Jim Cornette were his assistant bookers. Flair wanted to reunite the Four Horsemen. Sullivan and Cornette loved the idea. So Flair brokered a deal with Vince McMahon to bring Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson (in the WWF as The Brain Busters) back to WCW to do the Horsemen reunion angle. But it never happened.

I think it was the fact Tully Blanchard failed a drug test, basically ending his career.
