Hydration system? Fuel belt or camelbak?

Advantages and disadvantages of both?
For marathons and 50ks. Or even 1/2 marathons. Your preference?

fuel belt for running,,they have 4 bottle and 6 botlte versions,,i used 4 bottle version for training for my ironman,,,6 is overkill,,,I didnt even need to wear one during the Ironman race because they had water/gatorade every mile at the aid stations…if you are doing eco-challenge or some other adventure race where you need other equipment/gear, and need LOTS of water- and you are not running, go with camel back,,,contrary to what a lot of people have been saying,the newer fuel belts do NOT swing around…

if you are training for marathon or 50K,,and doing 20+ mile training runs, you can always stash 1 or 2 one liter bottles somewhere along the route to refill your belt,,but 4 bottles on the belt along with a few GU gel packs should last you 12-15 miles,which is where most of your long trainig runs will be,so no need to refill,,you dont need that much water or gatorade…go with fuel belt
