After my period ended I had a light spot of blood 4 days later then again a week later, what could this be?

My periods are very regular, I track them every month so this came as a surprise to me. There is no discomfort, and the spotting is just a single light drop, it doesn’t continue to spot! And it only happened 4 days after my period ended and then again a week later. Please help me, I am slightly worried of what the causes may be. Thank you!

I think it’s normal, but I’m not entirely sure. I get that quite frequently. I’ll be interested in seeing other’s answers.
