Aquaguard Compact Water Purifier not working?
I recently bought a new Aquaguard Water Purifier from India for use in UAE but discovered it has a problem. The indication light frequently keeps shifting from green to red and water flow stops everytime this happens. Sadfully, Eureka Forbes (India) has dismal record of pathetic service and they are unable to answer any queries raised to them for a new product. I now turn to user community for a possible solution. Any tips / gudance would be welcome. Thanks.
the line frequency (cps) is different in India. the purifier will not operate on the frequency that they have in UAE.
