how do you improve the waterproofness of a tent?
I bought my tent a few years ago and hardly used it that much.plan on start using it again more often.I went camping at weekend and noticed the other tent seemed to absord the water more instead of it running off the tent.The entrance to the tent seemed to be very wet.Is there anything i can do to improve the tents resistance to rain?
I’ve been camping for many years and this has worked for me in the past. Set up the tent and spray it very lightly with lacquer, this will thicken up the pores in the cloth and water will run off instead of being absorbed.
