I need some advice…………?
Ok so tomorrow I’m leading an experienced trek with 4 riders. They can all w/t/c/g and jump fine. I have led treks for years but one girl going tomorrow is a blind teenager. I’ve never met her or seen her ride but have been told she is excellent and can ride independently. What should I do with her on the trek though, like should she be behind me and what eles may be useful? Thanks in advance 
The other thing to do is to let her know what is coming, vocally tell her. There’s a puddle, the horse might hop, there’s a branch to your right, we are going to lope or jog, there is a hill (and varying degrees),things like that… I had a really good friend that lost his eyesight, and sometimes we would forget to tell him things because we would forget he couldn’t see. It’s not so funny when they run into something,well kind of, but not really. So just try talking a lot and letting her know what is going on around her.
